广电总局网络视听司6月25日发布《管理提示（AI微短剧分类分层标准）》。

管理提示称，人工智能技术在微短剧领域广泛应用，提高了工作效率、拓展了创作边界、赋能行业发展，同时较大地降低了制作成本。为进一步落实国家广电总局关于微短剧分类分层管理有关要求，推动微短剧健康发展，现就AI微短剧分类分层标准提示如下：

投资额度达到80万元及以上，或者主要剧情涉及政治、军事、外交、国家安全、统战、民族、宗教、司法、公安等内容的特殊题材的AI微短剧，按照“重点微短剧”管理。投资额度为30万元（含）至80万元之间、且为一般题材的AI微短剧，按照“普通微短剧”管理。投资额度不足30万元、且为一般题材的AI微短剧，按照“其他微短剧”管理。

本标准自2026年7月1日起施行。
